Plain language, no fine print. Here is exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Smart Space Integration LLC is a licensed technology integration company based in Gulf Breeze, Florida, serving Pensacola, Navarre, Milton, Pace, Destin, and the surrounding Northwest Florida area. Florida license EG13000900. When this policy says "we" or "us," it means Smart Space Integration LLC. When it says "you," it means anyone who visits this website or submits information through it.
We collect information only when you choose to send it to us. There are two places on this site where that happens:
Every field beyond your name and email address is optional. You can leave anything blank and still reach us.
This website does not use analytics software, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts of any kind. We do not build visitor profiles and we do not follow you across other websites. Our web host records standard server access information, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability purposes.
We use what you send us to do the job you contacted us about, and nothing else. Specifically:
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with data brokers, lead aggregators, or advertisers. Ever.
When you submit the contact form or the project questionnaire and provide a phone number, you agree that we may contact you at that number by phone call and by text message about your inquiry, your project, scheduling, and service follow up.
Message frequency varies and depends on your project. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, or by calling or emailing us at the contact details below. Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from reaching you by phone or email about work already underway. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
We share your information only with the service providers we need in order to operate, and only to the extent they need it:
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our clients, our team, or the public.
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The one thing we store in your browser is your light or dark appearance preference, saved locally on your device so the site looks the way you left it. It contains no personal information and never leaves your browser. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
As noted above, the Google Maps address autocomplete on our two form pages may set its own cookies when it loads.
If you become a client, we keep your project records for as long as we support your systems, because as built documentation, device schedules, and equipment records are genuinely useful years later when something needs service. If you contact us and we never end up working together, you can ask us to delete your information and we will.
Email or call us using the details below and a real person will handle it. We do not charge for these requests.
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection, and access to your records is limited to the people at Smart Space Integration who need it to do the work. Passwords and system credentials we hold for you are kept in an encrypted password manager within your Vantage portal. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your home information the way we would want ours treated, which is carefully.
This website is intended for adults arranging work on a home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the effective date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
